Service Description

This package is designed for owner operators* (Only Owner and Only Driver) regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) – trucking companies and bus companies. This package is a great value as it includes all RANDOM testing for the calendar year. Price is per person per calendar year. The package includes: Enrollment into Random Testing Consortium, ($85.00 Each) Enrollment Certificate, MRO Certified Testing Results, ($75.00 each Test) Driver Education, Required annual clearinghouse query, (Due Every January 1st $235.95)) pre-employment DOT drug test (DOT Urine Drug Test) ($85.00 each) Clearinghouse Query ($10.00 each Pull) This program is for a single owner who is also the driver and includes: Pre-employment test, FMCSA Clearinghouse pre-employment query, and Enrollment in the annual random consortium which includes all random tests for the calendar year. These Items will be required to complete your account set up and for DOT compliance: Signed DOT Services agreement – sent via email during account set up Signed Credit Card Authorization to cover any future charges for service provided – sent via email during account set up You are also required to respond to emails and phone calls which are only made or sent in regard to DOT compliance or billing issues. *You are required to be enrolled in DOT Drug/Alcohol Testing under FMCSA if you: hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), or similar license issued by Mexico or Canada, AND operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) in any state a CMV is defined as a vehicle: with a gross vehicle weight rating/gross vehicle weight or gross combination weight rating/gross combination weight of 26,001 or more lbs, or designed to carry 16 or more passengers (including the driver), or of any size that is used to transport hazardous materials which require the vehicle to be placarded.
