Pay Range: $60.00 per DNA Collection
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
Data entry of test orders, presort, pickup and delivery of processed specimens to the laboratory, centrifugation and aliquoting
Process specimens to be sent out to additional facilities
Prepare laboratory specimens for various analysis and testing
Identifies problems and, in some cases, may resolve issues with specimen types such as missing information etc.
Understands the relationship between tests ordered and specimens received
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Previous experience in medical environment preferred
Must have flexibility; the majority of work is day shift and/or as appointments are requested, but based on staffing needs, weekends, holidays, and on-call.

​• Travel to various locations to perform phlebotomy procedures on patients.
• Prepare patient paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurately completed.
• Gather the appropriate tubes and supplies for blood draws.
• Perform blood draws with precision and care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Centrifuge blood samples as required.
• Prepare and send samples to the predefined courier.
• Use predefined software to schedule and manage appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and infection.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a phlebotomist.
• Ability to travel extensively within the service area.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in a healthcare setting.
• Must have mobile availability.

• Driving License and Car insurance with minimum liability as per state of Texas

Position: Drug Specimen Collector
Location: Dallas, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; and Chicago, Illinois, and their surrounding areas.

Schedule: Mobile - On-Call 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. (Monday–Friday)

A Drug Testing Technician is responsible for administering drug tests and providing test results and technical assistance to company staff, governmental agencies, DOT and NON-DOT Employers. Works under direct or general supervision. Due to the observed nature of urinalysis drug testing, the company must be gender specific in its hiring. Female technicians may only work with female clients, and male technicians with male clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Administers urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens’ samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures. (We will train and certify.) MALE APPLICANTS and FEMALE APPLICANTS

Manages daily communication and maintenance items.

Cover other offices as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Process and package collections for shipping

Serve as an intermediary between the practice/clinic and the laboratory

Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information

Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal

Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite

Observe collection for Truegene Medical Testing Services (when applicable)

Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

1 year of proven Medical Collections/ or healthcare and Customer Service experience

Clean background and able to pass a drug screening and background check

Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to travel to nearby offices as needed (depending on the county)

Valid driver's license
