Service Description
25 Miles or more from the Truegene Medical Testing Site, additional charges will be discussed at an appointment time, based on mileage. If the mileage charge is less than or more than the $15.00 charge, an additional deduction will be applied to your form of payment, or a refund will be applied.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as it is at least 24 hours before your appointment. If it is not at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $75.00 reschedule fee. No call, no show will result in you having to pay for another test.
