Cancellation Policy

Bookings: Services are available by appointment on a daily basis. Calling ahead to ensure availability is preferred. A non-refundable deposit and or Full payment (Condition Apply) is required to secure all appointments. TESTING CENTER INFORMATION We suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment; if you are a first-time client, a client consultation form will be completed prior to service. CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS/ OR LATE ARRIVALS We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service and/or training times and will be responsible for full-service fees. Appointments canceled or no-shows on the day of service are subject to a $75- $100 service fee to avoid this charge, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice by PHONE CALL for all testing services. COVID 19 & All Other Viral Viruses: Truegene Medical Testing Solutions "Truegene" and its team ensures that sanitation is our #1 PRIORITY. Proper Disinfecting Practices are in full effect. a) All clients/customers will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY! b) No group appointments will be permitted unless there is a TRIO DNA Testing. c) Masks MUST be worn by all customers during their appointment. d) Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of tools, surfaces, and/or linens will be done after every client/customer. e) This type of cleaning will continue between each day of operation. Prices, Payment, and Delivery: (a) The charges for the service payable to Truegene Medical Testing Solutions are outlined in the current price list(s) available on the site or as quoted in writing. Truegene Medical Testing Solutions is not liable for any pricing or typographical errors on the site or in related publications. (b) Truegene Medical Testing Solutions reserves the right to adjust prices for the service due to increased labor or material costs or delays affecting the Truegene Medical Testing Solutions costs in providing the service. You will be informed of any price changes and have the option to proceed or cancel within seven days of notification. (c) Payment for the service must be received by Truegene Medical Testing Solutions before your order is accepted, including testing and result issuance.
